Wow what can we say! Our day was perfect from the start to the end! The amount of compliments we have had regarding the food, the service, the venue in itself, Pete and I are just so amazed at everything! It all started when we first met you many months ago, your warm welcoming and help ALL along the way. Your determination to help me get my dream come true by organising the helicopter has been phenomenal! We appreciate all the emails back and forth that you had with Ben, myself and I’m sure many other people! We would also like to thank Jane for treating us like royalty, we felt she was just amazing as she really kept a close eye on us all making sure we were ok and happy! Just wanted to send a very special “Thank You” for the exceptional service and assistance you and your team provided to Andrew and myself last Saturday. The little details in the execution made such a difference (I noticed that the cake bags were rolled into a little cube container, rather than simply tossed on the table!), which lent an even more classy feel to the whole event. Also thank you for finding the beautiful vases for the sand pouring ceremony. I noticed that the vows were placed in the vases with the sand, which made it look so well planned! Jayne was absolutely wonderful, constantly looking out for both Andrew and myself throughout the day. Please pass on my heartfelt thanks to her. Many guests commented on how “perfect”, “smooth” and “well planned” the whole day went. We couldn’t agree more. From our perspective (at least!) there wasn’t a single hiccup, and it couldn’t have been without the expertise of you and your team. Guests kept raving about the food too, kudos to the chef!!
